III. Base Preparation & Drainage

Substrate Requirements |
Must be installed on solid, properly graded concrete or hot-mix asphalt bases. The foundation surface must be fully cured, clean, dry, and free of laitance or oil stains before installation. |

The surface itself is impermeable; it strictly relies on a pre-set 0.5% - 1% cross or longitudinal slope of the base foundation for rapid surface water runoff. |
