    1 Material High-Impact Polypropylene (PP), specially blended with advanced Anti-UV Additives, ensuring it resists brittleness or fading under strong outdoor sunlight.

    II. Structural Design & Drainage
    5 Connection Type Integrated snap-lock buckles (double interlocking). This buckle design provides a firm connection between tiles while reserving a scientific expansion buffer for the thermal expansion and contraction of the material.
    6 Self-Draining Design Suspended open-grid design. Rainwater directly penetrates through the pores into the channels between the bottom support legs. After heavy rain, the court drains dry and is ready for use within 10 minutes.

    7 Installation Method Pure physical installation, no adhesive required. Quickly assembled on any flat hard base using simple tools or bare hands, with no chemical emissions. Supports disassembly and reassembly or single-tile replacement.
    8 Substrate Must be laid on a solid concrete or hot-mix asphalt base with standard flatness. The base must have a pre-set drainage slope of 0.5% - 1% to guide runoff water off the court.
